Grandparents & Special Friends Day

Time: Assembly 12:00pm
This will be followed by a Picnic Lunch and then we invite Grandparents and Special Friends to Open Classrooms.

All day K-6. Wear red to honour the memory of Daniel Morcombe and reinforces the vital message that keeping kids safe is a responsibility we all share—parents, carers, educators, businesses…the entire community.

It is an 8 day (Monday-Thursday) swimming and water safety program that builds water safety skills and confidence in emerging swimmers. Focus is on the development of correct swimming techniques and the development of water safety confidence.
Year 7 Orientation
Date: Tuesday 1 December
Time: 10:00am to 11:00am Parents/Students Information Session
Parents will then leave students to enjoy the rest of the day with activities designed to familiarise them with high school life. hey will also participate in mini lessons 10:30 am to 2:00pm conducted by 2026 Year 7 teachers and interact with their new classmates.

Matt Smith Concert
Date: Friday 11 December
Time: 1pm - 3pm
The K-11 concert honours the memory of 2011 BCS School Captain Matt Smith and will feature musical performances from more than thirty talented students.
